Mr. Flannery joins CTM following 25 years at Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) and predecessor companies, most recently as Senior Portfolio Manager and Managing Director. He has managed over 70 CLOs in his career and served as the Chief Investment Officer of CSAM’s syndicated loan and high yield bond mutual funds. During Mr. Flannery’s tenure, CSAM became one of the largest and best performing managers in the syndicated loan market, winning several industry awards. Mr. Flannery holds a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.

Mr. Sosland joins CTM following a career spanning over 27 years investing in leveraged credit. He has focused on building CLO platforms and managing loan portfolios since 2006. Prior to CTM, Mr. Sosland held similar roles at Advent Capital Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Assurant (where he established the CLO management platform), 3i Debt Management, and Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (where he was a founding partner.) Previously, Mr. Sosland served as an Associate Director at Bear Stearns Asset Management and as a Vice President at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management.  Mr. Sosland holds a BA in Economics and Political Science with high honors from Swarthmore College and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Chatham joins CTM from Assured Investment Management (formerly known as BlueMountain Capital Management), where he served as a Portfolio Manager specializing in CLO tranche investing, CLO structuring, document negotiation, and capital markets. Previously, Mr. Chatham served as a Valuation Analyst at BlueMountain Capital Management and as a Structured Finance Associate at KPMG. Mr. Chatham hold a BS in Quantitative Finance from James Madison University.

Mr. Chakrala joins CTM from Sound Point Capital Management, where he served as Global Head of CLO & Loan Operations/Analytics. Prior to Sound Point, Mr. Chakrala served as Head of Portfolio Management Analytics for the Credit Market Strategies group at Sixth Street Partners. Previously, he served in similar CLO and credit-related roles within analytics, operations, client relations, and business development at Pinebridge Investments, Credit Suisse Asset Management, CIFC Asset Management, and Citigroup. Mr. Chakrala holds a BS in Finance & Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Yoon joins CTM from Blackstone, where he served as Principal and Senior Credit Analyst on the Liquid Credit Strategies team for over 17 years and led coverage of several sectors including financial services, healthcare and consumer products.  Mr. Yoon’s extensive experience at Blackstone includes serving as research team leader, mentoring and training junior analysts and leading its research outsourcing initiative.  Previously, Mr. Yoon served as Vice President/Senior Analyst at Friedberg Milstein, a start-up CLO manager acquired by GSO Capital Partners, predecessor to Blackstone Credit.  Prior to that, Mr. Yoon served in investment banking and private equity roles at Credit Suisse First Boston, Arshiel, and Salomon Smith Barney.  Mr. Yoon holds a BA in History with Honors from Trinity College and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Souders has almost 20 years of experience as a leveraged loan analyst and has deep expertise lending to companies through credit and business cycles. He joins CTM from Pretium Partners, where he served as the lead technology credit analyst on the CLO Platform. He held a similar role at HPS Investment Management, where he worked on the Liquid Credit strategies team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Souders served in credit analyst roles at Wells Fargo – Principal Investments (previously Foothill Capital) and Tennenbaum Capital Partners. Mr. Souders holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also played baseball.

Mrs. Valencia joins CTM from PGIM Fixed Income, where she served as Vice President on the leveraged finance team for over 15 years and led coverage for both industrial and automotive leveraged loans. During her tenure at PGIM, Mrs. Valencia also provided coverage of several sectors including building products, paper and packaging, chemicals, and metals and mining. Mrs. Valencia holds a BA in Finance from Rutgers University and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Nelson joins CTM with over 15 years of experience covering Healthcare and other sectors on both buy- and sell-side roles. Most recently, Mr. Nelson served as Senior Analyst and Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector lead at Balyasny Asset Management. Prior to Balyasny, Mr. Nelson served in senior credit analyst roles at Capital Four and AIG Asset Management contributing to CLO, high yield & loan total return, and hedge fund strategies. Prior to joining the buy-side, Mr. Nelson covered Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Generics equities at Nomura, Sterne Agree, and RBC. Mr. Nelson began his career in the Investment Analyst Program at MetLife Investments. Mr. Nelson holds a BA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Griesshammer joins CTM from Blackstone, where he served as Principal and Senior Credit Analyst on the Liquid Credit Strategies team and led coverage across sectors including travel & leisure, TMT, and healthcare distribution. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Griesshammer served as Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at Neuberger Berman, working across a variety of strategies including US high yield and leverage loans, private credit, and the launch of the European high yield and leveraged loan strategy. He began his investment career underwriting private credit and mezzanine investments at Prudential Capital Group. Mr. Griesshammer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Sparta joins CTM from Nuveen, where he served as a research analyst on the leveraged finance team for 4.5 years and led sector coverage of Power & Utilities, Metals & Mining, and Aerospace & Defense. Previously, Mr. Sparta served as an Audit Associate at KPMG in their Financial Services group. Mr. Sparta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Mr. Gibbons joins CTM from Ernst & Young, where he served as a Manager in the Structured Finance group. Prior to his role in CLOs, he served at Ernst & Young as a Senior Audit Associate in the Banking & Capital Markets division. Mr. Gibbons holds a BS in Accounting and Finance and graduated as valedictorian from the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University where he also played golf. He is a Certified Public Account in the State of New Jersey and a CFA charterholder.
